It's supposed to be a standard feature.
Requirements
It is required that you have Microsoft Office 2013(or newer) installed.
You are also required to download IVACT2EXCEL in order to perform the conversion.
Exporting
Switch to either Ledger, Trial Balance, Income Statement, or Balance Sheet and select "Export to Excel" under the "Tools" menu.
To export General Journal, use Save
Click on the button and a Save File Dialog should show up, name the file and save it.
For example: ledger_output
Open up IVACT2EXCEL.
Select "Open IVACT" under "File"
An Open File Dialog will show up, browse to the output file which you have saved.
Click "Open" and the program will open up the file.
Select "Export to EXCEL" under "File"
A Save File Dialog will show up, the file will be saved as an Excel Workbook.
The program will now export the ivact file into an Excel Workbook, wait for the status to change to "Idle"
When the status has changed back to "Idle", you can now open up the workbook in Excel.
